The great thing about this movie is that it is not a true horror film. The director said in the Q&A after the movie that he didn't want his killer to be respected, like Hannibal, who he says "looks like the cool guy in the movie". He says that since he is locked up the whole time the audience can be sure that there will be no more murders and so most of the movie is talking and trying to create closure. The movie is very much a focus on the minds of normal people versus what happens to the make a normal person turn into a serial killer. Alvart did a lot of research for the movie on serial killers, Catholocism (spending months working in a church), and being a father, there is a lot on parent-child relationships. There are so many levels that are covered in this movie and that is why it is so engrossing and watchable. It is a totally intellectual film that makes you think about social issues as well as completely scaring and creeping you out. The ending was so amazing. It is the best thriller I have ever seen and no one would ever think that Alvart was the most skeptical of this script ever being produced.Alvart said this film is the most personal out of the many scripts he proposed to producers.

Hab schon von diesem Film gehört.
Du hast recht, die Deutschen machen echt keine Werbung.
Aber warum soll das der beste deutsche Thriller aller Zeiten sein?

Wenn man glaubt, dass aus Deutschland nur schlechte Filme kommen, dann sollte man sich unbedingt „Antikörper“ ansehen. Alvarts Film kann man ohne Bedenken neben Filmen wie „Sieben“ nennen, da er einfach eine super Spannung erzeugt, die man sonst nur aus Hollywood gewohnt ist.

Heinz Hoenig spielt seine Rolle perfekt, so wie man es von ihm gewohnt ist. Auch Wotan Wilke Möhring spielt seine Rolle des Dorfpolizisten, der immer noch hinter dem Mörder eines Mädchens her ist super. Aber zu André Hennicke kann man einfach nur genial sagen. Denn sein Charakter ist eine Mischung zwischen den Filmfiguren John Doe und Hannibal Lecter und um das hinzubekommen, muss man schon einiges an Talent als Schauspieler vorweisen können.

Durch raffinierte Dialoge, perfekten Kameraeinstellungen und einem verwirrenden Psychospiels des Hauptdarstellers wird Christian Alvarts „Antikörper“ zu einem Film, den man sich unbedingt ansehen sollte.

Gibt es den schon in den Videotheken?

Habe bis her auch leider nur den Trailer zum Film gesehen.
Es hört sich aber alles recht spannend an, muss mir den Film auch
noch unbedingt angucken
Der lief ja Anfang Juli oder so im Kino, ich glaube schon, dass es ihn mittlerweile in den Videotheken gibt.

Definitiv gibt es den noch nicht....
Dann hätte ich ihn am ersten Tag..sag euch bescheid wenns losgeht...

Ich hab ihn aus Langeweile während meiner ollen Zivi-Schulung in Bad Oeynhausen gesehen...

fand ihn nicht schlecht, wahnsinnig gut aber auch nicht // nervig war vor allem dieser oberintelligente, "über-allen-Dingen-stehende" Dr. Hannibal Lecter-Verschnitt um den sich alles drehte. Es gibt aber ein paar ganz nette Irrungen und Wirrungen - kann man sich auf jeden Fall ansehen und unterhält auch ganz ordentlich.

gerade das fand ich toll, dass der kerl so ein verschnitt aus hannibal lecter und john doe war!
